Chakra Meditation
Find a quiet place and lay on your back. Now, gently place your crystals on their corresponding chakras. You can choose to meditate on all your chakras or on a specific one. Now, close your eyes, clear your mind and direct your focus onto each particular chakra, one at a time, give your full attention to this chakra for up to five minutes before moving on to the next chakra. Slow your breath now as you focus on your chakra, breathe in powerful, healing energy and breathe out stagnant, stale energy. Visualize your heart becoming lighter, your mind becoming lighter as you chant words of positivity on each chakra. Plant seeds of balance, health, and emotional wealth as you breathe and visualize. You can now physically feel your chakras opening as you focus. And It’s okay if you lose your focus, it’s okay if your mind becomes fogged, be easy with yourself and gently re-clear your mind as you continue to visualize and chant. Open your eyes when you are done and return to the “now”, slowly remove your crystals and stand from your laying position feeling harmonious and free. Repeat this meditation whenever you feel heavy and carry your crystals with you as a reminder to stay balanced.
